Please allow 1 week for the delivery of your print.

Sales Tax

If you live outside of the state of Michigan, no sales tax will be added. Michigan residents will be charged Michigan Sales Tax.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns within 7 days from receipt of order.  Princess Creations Art is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. It is recommended that you insure the package and ship requiring a signature upon receipt. Additionally, we strongly suggest that you follow-up with our customer service department after returns are shipped to ensure that your package has been received. A 15% handling fee will be deducted from any credits issued if the merchandise is not returned in the original packaging and in resale condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please put the original packing slip in the carton and wrap the package securely.

Damaged Goods

Our shipping team makes every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, things happen. So for your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage and keep the original shipping carton. If there appears to be shipping damage please contact us immediately.
